How It Works
We tailor your citation submissions specifically to your business, conducting detailed research into your sector, competitors and geographic area, before compiling a comprehensive list of the most relevant local citation that we then submit to.
Our citation building process follows the following steps
1) Submit Your Business Details
Simply fill out the form to provide us with all the information we need to know about your business. You’ll be done in a couple of minutes!
2) We validate your NAP information
Once we have your business details we will check them against the details on your website and your Google Business listing, to make sure your NAP details are consistent. If they aren’t we’ll be in touch to get them up to date.
3) We complete the citation building process
Now that we’re sure your information is correct and consistent, we’ll begin the citation building process. The sources we submit to are tailored specifically to your business, to ensure the highest degree of relevance possible. We’ll provide you with a full list of where we have submitted to and let you know when the listings are live. Our submission process will begin within 1 working day of the submission of you business details to us. The time taken to complete the citation building process varies depending on sector and area, however we always aim to have the process complete within 2 weeks.
4) Monitoring and status reports
Every month we’ll check all your citation sources, to ensure the NAP information is accurate and up to date. If we notice any inaccuracies in NAP data or missing citations, we’ll fix it straight away and provide you with an update. We’ll provide you with a monthly report detailing this.
